Shipping Policy

We only ship in the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Holidays and weekends are not considered in estimated ship times.

We will, however, ship to Canada for an additional shipping charge.  Orders must be placed with one of our Customer Service Agents by calling 866-764-0330.  Please note that additional taxes and duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

You must place your order via our website by choosing the items to place in your shopping cart and then checking out with your credit card. This ensures accuracy and expedited shipping on your behalf. Sales tax is only applied in the state of Indiana where our facility is located.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, and PayPal. Debit cards bearing a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.

Our website features an accurate inventory. All items shown are in stock unless otherwise noted. Expect delivery of your items within seven to ten business days for standard shipping from our facility.

Items received in good condition but missing parts, please contact our customer service line and we will ship out the missing parts free of charge within 30-days of purchase

If you received free shipping, you will receive a full refund less our cost of shipping the product to you. If you reject a package and/or have it sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Orders may be cancelled by 5:00pm on the same day the order was placed. Any cancellation after the same day will be treated as a return and subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Products from the Fire Pits and Accessories category will be charged a 30% restocking fee and will not be credited your original shipping cost.

Items may be returned up to 30-days after delivery as long as they are in new condition and returned in original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and restocking charge of 25%.

Damaged goods due to delivery or manufacturing must be reported to Outdoor Patio Store within 24 hours of the damaged shipment. Once received in original condition, the refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

Please be sure to inspect your package before signing the delivery receipt. Make sure to note any damage with the driver and then contact our customer service department for instructions. Items with significant shipping damage should be refused and will be sent back to our facility. You must notify customer service that you refused the shipment as soon as possible.

Warranty Claims

All items are warranted to be free of defect for a period of 30-days from delivery. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials and workmanship of your patio furniture, provided your furniture is maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes.

A limited number of products also have a 1 year extended warranty available for purchase. This warranty must be purchased at the time of the the qualifying product's purchase. For full terms and conditions, download the extended warranty form here.

Exclusions

Items used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse or improper assembly are not covered. Discoloration or fading of the finish or fabrics as a result of exposure to the elements, chemicals or spills are not covered. Tabletop breakage, corrosion or rusting of hardware and damages to frames or welds caused by improper assembly, misuse or natural causes are not covered.
